Federal Agencies Publish Semi-annual Agendas
Federal agencies published their semi-annual agendas in the October 31st Federal Register. Entitled "The Unified Agenda of the Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions," these Federal Register notices provide summary descriptions of "significant and not significant" regulations being developed by the agencies. The notices are required by Executive Order 12866. The notices also describe regulations affecting small entities as required by section 602 of the Regulatory Flexibility Act, and regulations being reviewed in compliance with section 610) of the Reg Flex Act.
