CRE Publishes White Paper On IWC Report
The International Whaling Commission has a Scientific Committee that produces influential reports on issues affecting whales and other marine mammals. The Center for Regulatory Effectiveness has published a review of one of these reports. The CRE White Paper concludes that the IWC report does not meet US federal government quality standards. Consequently, federal agencies could not use or rely on the report.
