CEQ Seeks Comment On New NEPA Guidance
The Council on Environmental Quality has asked for public comment on a proposed guidance document entitled "Collaboration in NEPA--A Handbook for NEPA Practitioners." According to the CEQ, the proposed handbook.

"was developed to assist those responsible for conducting the effective use of collaboration as part of the NEPA process. Collaboration is defined for purpose of the hand book as seeking agreements at one or more stages of the NEPA process by cultivating shared vision, trust, and communication."
