Agencies Publish Semi-Annual Agendas
On April 30, 2007, many federal agencies published their semi-annual regulatory agendas in the Federal Register. The regulatory agendas identify and briefly discuss rules scheduled for review or development between spring 2007 and fall 2007. The Regulatory Flexibility Act and Executive Order 12866 require publication of the agendas.

Among the agencies publishing their agendas in the Federal Register are the Department of Commerce, the Department of Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Labor, and the Defense Department.
