CRE Provides Historical Perspective on Ozone Standard Delay
President Obama recently delayed the ozone air pollution standard developed by EPA. The President's action was controversial and criticized in some quarters. Dr. Jim Tozzi, a member of CRE's Board of Directors has written a brief article explaining that there is nothing unusual about the President's action. It is based upon a process adopted by nine presidential administrations.
