EPA Denies Petition for Reconsideration of Aircraft Emissions Endangerment Finding
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has denied a petition for reconsideration of EPA's final Finding that Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Aircraft Cause or Contribute to Air Pollution that May Reasonably Be Anticipated to Endanger Public Health and Welfare. EPA's notice of the petition was published in the Federal Register on August 15, 2016.
