FDA Seeks Regulatory Reform Comments
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is reviewing several of its existing regulations. FDA is conducting this review pursuant to Executive Order 13771 entitled, "Reducing Regulation and Controlling Regulatory Costs," and Executive Order 13777 entitled, "Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda". The FFDA seeks public comment on its regulatory review. Submit either electronic or written comments o by December 7, 2017.
