FWS Implements CRA Disapproval of Alaska Non-Subsistence Take and Public Participation Rule
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has published notice that the FWS rule ''Non-subsistence Take of Wildlife, and Public Participation and Closure Procedures, on National Wildlife Refuges in Alaska'' shall be treated as if it had never taken effect. FWS published this notice pursuant to the Congressional and Presidential action disapproving the rule under the Congressional Review Act.
