Comment on EPA's Proposed Scientific Integrity Contract Clause
The U.S. Environmental ProtectionAgency seeks comment on a proposed rule that requires inclusion of a scientific integrity clause insolicitations and contracts when thecontractor may be required to perform,communicate, or supervise scientificactivities or use scientific information toperform advisory and assistance services. EPA intends this clause to complementthe EPA scientific integrity policy to ensurethat all scientific work developed andused by the Government isaccomplished with scientific integrity.Comments must be received on or before November 26, 2018.
