Comment on EPA's Clean Air Act Oil and Gas NSPS
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed reconsideration amendments to EPA's oil and gas new source performance standards under the Clean Air Act. These proposed rules respond to petitions for reconsideration EPA received for its 2016 NSPS. EPA must receive any comments on its proposed CAA rules by December 17, 2018. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act comments on the information collection provisions of the proposed rules arebest assured of consideration if the Office of Management and Budget receives the comments on or before December 17,2018. EPA is planning to hold at least one public hearing in response to this proposed action. Information about the hearing, including location, date, and time, along with instructions on how to register to speak at the hearing, will be published in a second Federal Register notice.
