The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Office of Inspector General published a report with the above-captioned title. According this IG report, "The EPA achieved cost savings of $21.5 million in FY 2017 via 16 deregulatory actions and one regulatory action and $75.1 million in FY 2018 via 10 deregulatory and three regulatory actions."
